Doug Shamon
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Shamon has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Intermedix Corporation since its inception in 2002. Mr. Shamon has over 20 years of experience in healthcare business services, having held executive management positions with Certus Corp., a national healthcare services company specializing in hospital billing; Transcend Services, Inc., a national healthcare information services company; and Medaphis Corp., now Per Se Technologies, Inc., a national healthcare billing and AR management services company. Mr. Shamon graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with his degree in accounting and computer science and holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ken Cooke
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Cooke joined Intermedix Corporation in early 2008 as Chief Operating Officer responsible for operations across all divisions. He brings to the Company over 25 years of operational experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he worked through the management ranks to Global and U.S. Chief Information Officer prior to joining our team. His experience includes establishing and delivering PwC's technology strategy during his tenure. Mr. Cooke completed undergraduate studies in Business and Economics at Marietta College and received an MBA from Ohio University. |

Andy Nunemaker
President of Intermedix EMSystems
Mr. Nunemaker is the President of Intermedix EMSystems, a leading provider of communication solutions that enhance preparedness and response to medical emergencies, mass casualty events, and public health incidents, serving over 75% of the nation's population. Prior to his current role, Mr. Nunemaker held a number of executive roles with GE Healthcare including CEO of GE Healthcare for Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University, a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from Harvard, where he served as student body president.

Brian Helman
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Intermedix, Mr. Helman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rosetta Stone, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia where he garnered significant experience building a world-class financial structure to support the company’s aggressive growth through both private and later, public offerings. Before joining Rosetta Stone in 2007, he spent over 10 years in various finance executive management roles. The strength and experience within the software and technology arena that he brings to his position further enhance Intermedix’s position as a leading provider of emergency healthcare services and technology. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Helman was named the Washington Business Journal’s 2009 CFO of the Year. |

Bryan Vinyard
Executive Vice President of ED Revenue Cycle Management
Mr. Vinyard serves as EVP of ED RCM, providing oversight to our ED operations teams across the company. Prior to joining Intermedix, he served as the CEO for Comprehensive Medical Billing Solutions. Mr. Vinyard has over 17 years of ED billing experience and is a recognized industry thought-leader. Mr. Vinyard is a featured writer for Emergency Physicians Monthly and participates in many ED-related events throughout the industry. He is a member of the HBMA and the HFMA and is a Certified Health Care Billing and Management Executive. Mr. Vinyard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. |

Dave Poole
Executive Vice President of EMS Revenue Cycle Management
Mr. Poole serves as EVP of EMS RCM, providing oversight to our operations centers throughout the U.S. Mr. Poole has garnered extensive knowledge of third party billing throughout his 25 year tenure in the healthcare billing industry. Prior to joining Intermedix in 2004 as Vice President of Reimbursement Services, Mr. Poole held senior management positions with a hospital in Ohio in addition to other healthcare-related companies including Medical Management Sciences, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Per Se’ Technologies. He also started, and successfully ran, his own independent healthcare billing consulting company. Mr. Poole began his career in healthcare in the United States Navy where he graduated as a Surgical Technologist. Subsequent to his service, he attended Kent State University. |

Karen Collier
Chief Compliance Officer
Since 1999, Ms. Collier has served as the Corporate Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer for EPBS-Intermedix, and currently holds the position of Intermedix Chief Compliance Officer. She is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma and served as the legal analyst and program manager for a two-year study grant on healthcare financing reform. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance, Ms. Collier worked in commercial banking before attending law school. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with a Juris Doctor with Distinction degree. Ms. Collier is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association Health Law Section, and the Oklahoma Bar Association. She holds a CHC certification (Certified in Health Care Compliance) from the Health Care Compliance Association, and is a frequent speaker around the country on a variety of compliance topics. |

Rick Fossier
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Fossier brings over 19 years of Sales and Sales Management experience to his position as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Intermedix. He leads the Business Development Team for all revenue cycle management divisions of the Company. Prior to joining Intermedix, Mr. Fossier served as the Vice President of Sales for a Nashville based media company. Mr. Fossier attended both Yale University and Michigan State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.

Bill Ryan
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Ryan leads the Business Development Team for all non-municipal ambulance services in technology and revenue cycle management. His prior experience includes over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and serving as Co-founder and CEO of Fleeteyes. Mr. Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from St. John’s University and an MBA in Management from Dowling College. He was an Emergency Medical Technician for 20 years and a member of NY-2 Disaster Medical Assistance Team(DMAT) with USPHS, DHS & HHS. |

Patti Harris
Vice President of Business Development, Intermedix EMSystems
Ms. Harris brings over 20 years of strategic and executive leadership experience in healthcare information technology solutions. She leads the Business Development Team for the emergency preparedness and response technology solutions of Intermedix EMSystems. Prior to her current role, Ms. Harris, held senior management positions with Picis, now part of Ingenix, a global provider of hospital high-acuity clinical and operational solutions, and GE Healthcare, specializing in cardiovascular, critical care and clinical information integrated solutions. Ms. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Maryland with a concentration in critical care medicine. She is a Critical Care Registered Nurse.

Ken Goodin
Business Advisor
Mr. Goodin is a key Intermedix Business Advisor having served as President and Director of Intermedix's Emergency Department Division with over 26 years experience in the medical billing industry. Mr. Goodin joined Medical Consultants, Inc. (dba Intermedix) in 1984 and is active in a number of professional associations including the Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA) where he currently serves on the Executive Board as National Treasurer. He is also the past President of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA). Mr. Goodin holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
