Company History

Our long history is rooted in companies that originated in the 1980s that established proven revenue cycle management and technology solutions in the emergency healthcare industry. The current management team took over the Company in 2002 and established Intermedix Corporation in 2006. Since then we have grown to almost 1,000 employees serving over 775 revenue cycle management clients for whom we processed more than 7,000,000 encounters and collected over $1 billion last year. Furthermore, we serve over 75% of the U.S. population with public health sector technologies through our Intermedix EMSystems division.
